Brunch at La Laguna Gran Hotel!
Our brunch comes in three versions: standard, vegan and gluten-free. And each one unfolds in three acts:
‘FIRST BITES’ | This is where your adventure begins: appetisers to whet your appetite, a taste of everything still to come.
Then comes THE MAIN EVENT | as the name suggests, the heart of this gastronomic story.
Here you can enjoy our kitchen team’s creations, from the grilled cheese with confit cherry tomatoes, pesto and bacon on the standard and gluten-free menus, to the red bean and tofu burrito with sweet-and-sour pickles, sour cream and shichimi togarashi on the vegan menu.
And IT ENDS WITH CAKE — the moment everyone waits for: dessert! Here is where it gets difficult: can you pick just one?
Choose between our soft-baked cheesecake and our creamy chocolate and hazelnut cake on the standard and gluten-free menus. On the vegan menu: vegan lemon pie.

Brunch is served on floor S of the hotel, in our event rooms — the perfect spot: an indoor space with large windows onto the Patio Palmeras courtyard. The venue may occasionally change depending on event-room availability.
When? | Sundays from 11:30 to 13:30, by advance booking through [email protected] or by calling 922 108 080.
Price | €28 per person / The full menu is included. The only choice to make is the cake, on the standard and gluten-free menus.
Children’s menu | €15 per child. Please let us know when booking; it is paid at the hotel on the day.
IMPORTANT: To keep our coeliac guests safe, our gluten-free dishes follow a specific handling and preparation protocol.
We kindly ask that this option be reserved for those who genuinely need a gluten-free diet.
