Cheese and wine tastings in La Laguna, at the La Laguna Gran Hotel wine bar.

Enjoy a unique sensory experience with our open-date cheese and wine tastings: you have three months to pick the date that suits you best from our monthly tasting calendar.

Tastings are held on selected Thursdays and Fridays each month at La Laguna Gran Hotel — a perfect chance to discover new flavours, aromas and pairings guided by our sommelier, Jorge Aguiar, passionate about wine, history and art.

In each session you will learn to recognise:

  • The different facets of cheese: appearance, texture and flavour.

  • The balance between the selected cheeses and the wines that accompany them.

  • How to enjoy wine and cheese with all five senses.

💡 Every tasting is different: the cheeses and wines change each time, so every edition brings new pairings, emotions and sensations. The selection is a surprise, revealed on the day of the event.
